Thanks for visiting my personal information site.  For those interested, I live in Clifton Park, NY with my wife Mary Beth, who is a Registered Nurse.  We have 3 adult children -  our daughter Laura (married to Dan Beniak) and our sons Kevin and Jim.  

I grew up in Troy, NY, son of the late Edward and Grace Bulger, with my sister Grace and brothers Tom, Mike, and Matt.  I graduated from Troy High School and Lafayette College '81, and went on to a 30-year private sector career, primarily in the medical device industry specializing in trauma and reconstructive surgery devices. 

In 2017, I completed a six year role with the U.S. House of Representatives as District Director for Congressman Chris Gibson, and in January, 2021, I finished serving as the Regional Administrator under President Donald J. Trump for the U.S. Small Business Administration's Atlantic Region 2 and Mid-Atlantic Region 3.

I currently serve as Saratoga County Administrator, overseeing  government operations in one of the highest rated quality of life counties throughout the nation.  I also serve on both the Saratoga 250th Commission and the Campaign For Saratoga 250, as we prepare to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the Turning Point of the American Revolution in 2027.

In my community, I've served in several economic development roles, and have an extensive background in politics, in both campaign and leadership assignments.  I've also served in leadership positions on several non-profit Boards over the years.

Most importantly, I am tremendously blessed with a great family and so many good friends, and for winning the lottery when I was born as an American.  I could not be more thankful to the men and women who have served and continue to serve in our Armed Forces and Law Enforcement to protect our freedom and way of life in the greatest nation that has ever existed.  Ever.
